About Us
With over 30 years’ experience, we deliver calm, reliable security for the night-time economy, specialising in SIA-licensed Door Supervisors for Public Entertainment Licensed venues. Our team has extensive experience across the public sector, including schools, prom nights, universities, frontline hospitals, and youth correction facilities.
Our knowledgeable Operations Manager personally selects staff for their professionalism and discretion, ensuring the right fit for high-end private events, trusted corporate assignments, and close-protection roles.
We aim to provide peace of mind by creating a safe environment for staff, clients, and guests. Our personnel are first aid trained, professionally aware, and skilled in defusing conflict, supporting secure and successful outcomes.
Training
At mhII, we believe quality training is key to staff retention and client confidence. We deliver a 4–6 day SIA-compliant Door Supervisor course (44 guided learning hours), tailored by prior experience. All personnel must meet Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) requirements, ensuring suitability for trusted roles in both public and private sectors.
Our training facility, with Centre of Approval status and on-site parking, delivers expert instruction in Conflict Management. Our Level 3–5 instructors also provide advanced Physical Intervention training, including guidance on appropriate Use of Force.
This regularly refreshed skillset is essential for frontline staff managing high-pressure or sensitive situations. In addition to SIA certification, we host in-house ‘Breakfast Workshops’ to boost awareness, confidence, and industry-specific conflict resolution techniques.
