mhII Security Services operates across Essex, Suffolk, and London. Founded in July 1989, but backed by over 30 years of industry experience, we specialise in providing SIA-registered Door Supervisors, Close-Protection Operatives, and Security Officers.
Our Approach is Unique
For us, everything starts with knowledge. Our Operations Manager, Michael Herlihy, is highly respected in the industry and brings three decades of expertise to the role. His passion for protecting clients and their guests shapes our approach. Every situation is different, from managing potential issues in a nightclub to overseeing car park safety at a hospital, and we tailor our service accordingly.
Training is at Our Heart
Our staff are polite, positive, and highly professional. All are fully trained in door supervision and conflict management, hold current SIA licences, meet Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) requirements and are CRB checked. At mhII Security Services, we go even further, training our team to use language and communication as powerful tools to manage today’s complex public environments.
